http://bugs.winehq.com/show_bug.cgi?id=926 ------- Additional Comments From Speeddymon(a)yahoo.com 2002-10-14 13:55 ------- hmm, that didnt get formatted right either, lets try with a different browser: hmm, I am able to get windows opened, i just cant get it to start now, if I load Diablo II.exe (uncracked version) it asks me for the original CD, and if I run the DLoad.exe (cracked version to not need the CD) it gives me this error: fixme:ntdll:NtOpenProcessToken (0xffffffff,0x00000028,0x406f28d4): stub fixme:advapi:LookupPrivilegeValueW ((null),L"SeDebugPrivilege",0x66f01824): stub fixme:ntdll:NtAdjustPrivilegesToken (0x0000cafe,0x00000000,0x66f01820,0x00000000,(nil),(nil)),stub! err:virtual:NtAllocateVirtualMemory called with wrong alloc type flags (08001000) ! and in the Desktop window (i have Desktop=800x600 on) i get a box saying: Error establishing API Hooks I have tried winver win2k, nt40, and win98 in the config file... I could start the game, enter login, connect with the server and generally paly. Interaction with items (menus, list boxes) was slow and painful, and music didn't play, but on the whole it was sucessful. I have other issues but they will be part of new bugs once I experiment a bit with dll's etc. However, with transgamings cvs of Oct 14, 02 the status remains unchanged. The same holds true for codeweavers preview release 7? that I tried a few weeks ago. I'm running X 4.2.0 with Xinerama across three video cards. The primary card is a GeForce4MX440 AGP with 64MB, running 1600x1200x16. The secondary cards are a PCI VoodooIII-3000 PCI w/16mb running 1280x1024 and a Permedia2V PCI w/8mb running 1280x1024. The GeForce4 is running the NVidia proprietary driver and GLX, rev3123.
