After, you should generate a 'real' patch and not only a new file showing the new function (basically, change the dlls/wininet/http.c file and post the diff (in unified format) to the list. I used binary search because I was unsure whether Wine relies on STL or some other localized libraries. I also added support for an enum that can be used to only return field indexs based on whether the header is a request or response header. Since the use of this option requires an additional parameter, that requires changes in other parts of the file, I chose not to include support for it.
