I've been having trouble connecting to bugs.winehq.org, but from what I've seen of Wine 20050930 running on FC2 with the latest fedoralegacy.org updates, the bug seems to have been fixed, either in Wine or in Fedora or both. The last time that I looked into this (over a year ago), it looked like CompareStringW() was changed from a mindless strcmp() to an intelligent, Unicode-aware comparison. I don't know enough about Unicode collation to tell where the bug is.
