Note that the stuff that I enter are largely _not_ digits, just 5 digits in total, remainder alphabethic characters. I haven't tested it, but the aim is to skip the '-' characters in the PIDTemplate string that determines the number and shape of the boxes in the MaskedEdit control. This renders some applications totally unusable, though library support is flawless. And there seems to be no ability to fix it in the wine config file. Nobody in IRC could help me either. And Google isn't helpful either. The [fonts] Resolution option has no impact, no matter what I put there. Setting a default font doesn't help either. All important font types are installed. I tried font rendering solely by the x-server without success, too. Also I could'nt find an option for a minimum font size. And there are reports that the Crossover Office version has a fix for it already. So there must be a bug somewhere. Thannks for reading. I hope this'll be fixed sometime soon.
