It works now correctly. But the original problem with the financial software still exists, even with 0.9.8. Maybe it is not due to Chinese filenames. Could someone please take a look at the log file? I've experienced this with "Beyond Compare 2" (www.scootersoftware.com) but also the registry editor (launched from winetools) shows this behaviour. However I have noticed that behind the splash screen there was the 'Money has encountered a problem..." dialog. So rather that hanging it has crashed and is waiting for a reply to the notice, which you only see if you kill the process that is displaying the splash screen.
