On my SuSE 10.1 at home it works properly. But on the same SuSE 10.1 at the workstation in the office (with the same wine installation) it doesn't work. The problem is that we change the state of the features added, but not the states of the components belonging to said features. We use the treeview control for the SelectionTree msi dialog control, and when we insert items into the treeview, we give the TVI_SORT flag, when it should be TV_LAST, and the sorting should happen when we read the features from the msi database. One feature is listed that should not be, and is not displayed when you run the installer in windows. Exploring the msi database, and looking in the feature table, this feature that shouldn't be displayed has a Display value of 0, which according to msdn means it shouldn't be displayed.
