But wine work fine and don't crash. When SendMessage is called, and the callback method for the message return with a exception, SendMessage return with a exception too. This work for wine and Windows XP. It works fine when in the actual game (as it is in 0.9.16), but the menu is still messed up (as it is in 0.9.17). We could use more information perhaps from the War3 error log generated. Also, you might be able to avoid those read problems with cdrom device if you mount an iso loopback on the same mount point you use for the actual device.
