[Bug 4728] "Loading" dialog does not dissapear when it should

It has a titlebar with a minimize icon on it which works. It is also not on top of other windows any more. I tried the client both in window mode and full screen mode and it didn't display on top of them. It still doesn't close by itself though for the 2d client, but the UO:KR loading dialog does.
