Then change either 'left' or 'top' in the editor fields. The button will be stretched to the new left/top with the old lower right position on the old place. Since 'right' and 'bottom' are no properties, it should respect height and move the button, instead of stretching it to the new 'top'/'bottom'. It is easier to understand with a screenshot, I'll attach two.
