I'm not sure what it's doing - perhaps repeating this case with a +relay would shed a little more light. Then again, perhaps this case isn't worth considering: either use both native rsaenh and crypt32, or both builtin. I'm still not sure where the failure in rsaenh is. If you turn on the sky in Options -> Display (either simple or complex will work), terrain textures no longer blink out of existence. Additionally, since I'm a maintainer of this app, can this and my other bug (8357) be moved to confirmed? Most of them aren't displayed at all (you can still see names floating above where their heads should be), while some are displayed as piles of limbs on the ground.
