The sound works when the menu opens. It does not restore the resultion of the screen and leaves me unable to access the game. The message is: fixme:d3d:IWineD3DDeviceImpl_CreateAdditionalSwapChain >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> GL_INVALID_OPERATION (0x502) from glDrawBuffer(GL_BACK) @ device.c / 1575 Full log is attached. Can someone with D3D knowledge please have a look and tell me if I need to provide more information? I'm running this on Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy (32 bits) with an nVidia GeForce4 Ti 4400. I searched the existing bugs but could not find any reference to this particular case. In case I'm mistaken, please let me know. Now the issue is back in Wine 1.0 RC1. Everything works fine in Microsoft Word 2000, until I minimize the window and then restore it. Thereafter, the menus ("File", "Edit", "View", etc.) do not appear when I click on them. There is no visual response either when mousing over the menus. Also, right-clicking in the workspace no longer pops up a context menu. This faulty behavior persists until I close Word and then re-open it, at which point everything is fine again until I do a minimize/restore. Please don't let this regression into Wine 1.0, please.
