Hardware: ACER Aspire 5002 WLMi (AMD64 Turion, but running in 32bit). It usually happens after a match being played, when you get back to main window. Console debug output attached. Will test 0.9.50 as soon as it gets into Debian package. On Windows the game simply runs without updating. [1] The updater has other problems see 12788 It's the normal way to run Neosteam. Steps to reproduce: 1. Install Drakan 2. Start the game from either the command line or via the Autorun.exe on the CD 3. Attempt to start a new game from the menu Expected Results: Game should proceed to the the introduction and onto the first level. Actual Results: Message pops up about inserting the Drakan CD. Workarounds: Install patch 445 which removes the cd check. While the workaround does work, wine should be able to handle a standard CD check.
