I also set up cups-pdf and this also produces a blank document. Printing a file from Notepad under wine is successful. An analogic joypad can't be used with the game: when pushed left, the game considers it is pushed right instead, from a certain position. While using a digital controller on the same device, the problem is the same: left and right are both considered to be right.
