A good example to reproduce is http://www.youtube.com/projectreport - it is always rendered rotated. However, while looking over the bug, I noticed that the 'Component' selected is incorrect. Currently, the component indicated as being at fault with the bug is 'msvcrt.dll'. The component at fault -- and not selectable in the 'Component' dropdown -- is 'msvcirt'.
