With OSS it works, but no sound, anyway, probably some system problem. Screenshot of error message attached. Maybe it's older and uses d3d7, or something... I've filed that as bug 24754. Kapu Cave, however, still fails to start, so we can't close this bug yet, I think. I added the link of Crystal Cubes to URL (freeware, only 14 MB).
