HTML rendering will be disabled. I normally delete the Z: path (which points to /) from my wine configuration in an attempt to weakly jail the windows applications; from the error message the internal upgrade of wine_gecko appears to require this path to be present. WINEDEBUG=-all,+storage generates huge logs, ( 4 Gb in 10 minutes !) just for a 4 Mb file opening, and it doesn't succeed, it has to be killed. Looks like an infinite loop or a race condition... Attached WINEDEBUG=-all,fixme+storage log for a file open operation. I can select which char field has focus with the mouse, and the cursor blinks, but other than that typing results to nothing. One side effect I noticed, the last app that had focus before GW, was a pidgin window. So while I was presented with GW log in screen, the key strokes, where typed in the pidgin chat window. Weird.
