When window closed to the tray — everything is fine. Sometimes, opening it again are ok too — processor is idle. This seems to be different to bug 20736 which was due to imagehlp/ImageAddCertificate(), and different to bug 20858 which can't even be reached any more. When lauching game a completing installation dialogue appears, but fails at 1% with the error "Incomplete Installation (2)". Attached is the terminal output.
