However, mscorees.dll could not be loaded to display the appropriate error message. Please reinstall the .NET framework. "winetricks dotnet30 gfw" works around this. Hence Wine's builtin fusion.dll is loaded by LoadLibraryExW(). The builtin fusion doesn't contain version resource so it fails.
