CD in a CD drive" [Retry][Quit] Clicking "Retry" will make the dialog disappear, then it appeared back almost instantly. Clicking "Quit" will simply close the program. I Love Science's CD was mounted at drive D: Tested with WINE's Windows version 98. I Love Science! is a Win16 application and supports Windows 3.x. WINE: wine-1.5.6 source distribution. In order for this to work properly, the output handle created in this code must be inherited by the subprocess - thus the bInheritHandles argument to CreateProcess must be TRUE. And indeed if this program is compiled to test-true.exe, a simple text file 'test.in' and the gzip binary are placed in the same directory, and then test-true.exe is run, it successfully produces the output test.gz. If the TRUE argument is switched to FALSE and the file is compiled again to test-false.exe, when the program is run in the same way on a 'real' Windows sytem (32 bit Vista Business in this case) the following is output: gzip: stdout: Bad file descriptor This is also fine and expected, since the output file handle was not passed to gzip. *However* if the same test-false.exe program is run with Wine (the Fedora 10 wine-core-1.1.12-1.fc10.i386 package in this case) it runs in just the same way as test-true.exe, generating the test.gz output. This suggests to me that the bInheritHandles argument is ignored by Wine. As stated, this is a minor bug but it would be nice if Wine behaved the same way as Windows here. (In our case we discovered this problem after we tested our program successfully under Wine, but then had it fail on a real Windows system.) The resizing handles should be visible when clicking an object with the select tool. By contrast, the turning/shearing handles are visible. The turning/shearing handels appear when clicking an object twice with the select tool. Additionally, Bezier handles and points on curves do appear, but in wrong colors (cyan instead of red). Bezier handles and points appear when using the edit shape tool. This is on a wine 1.1.2 install on Ubuntu Linux 8.04 in its standard settings. The same bug is present when using Xara Xtreme X1, which is the thirdlast edition. The bug is also present in earlier versions of wine (e.g. 0.9.56) and CrossOver (e.g. 7.0.1). Installed Radmin server 3.1 (http://www.famatech.com/download/rserv31.exe) on a windows computer. 2. Installed Radmin viewer 3.1 on a linux computer with wine installed. 3. Started Radmin viewer and open "Connection Properties" window (can be reached "Right click on connection icon" --> "Properties" or "Connection" --> "Connect to"). The list of intermediate hosts in "Advanced settings" should be grayed (disabled) until checkbox "Connect through host" is marked. When you have installed and started Construct 2 (release r168) in this case, create a new project. It should look something like the attached screenshot, and whenever you try to move around, change tab or stuff that would generally have to update the layout window, nothing happens.
