I have experienced this twice now (out of two attempts at playing a game). I was playing normally, and noticed no apparent trigger that caused the crash. Both crashes happened at around 10 minutes into the game (although I didn't accurately time them). Using native dinput.dll due to bug 13290. Moreover there is a severe problem when looking at the map (screenshot attached), I suppose this happens because of the same bug, but I'm not sure.
