While battle.net still runs as well as it did prior, Wow-64.exe now crashes almost immediately, popping up the following error message: ERROR #132 (0x8510084) Fatal exception! Program: C:\Program Files...Wow-64.exe ProcessID: 41 Exception: 0xC000001D (ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTION) at 00007fad22c865fe Running from command line, no clear "this is the problem" messages come up, but there are one or two new "fixme"s not seen previously: fixme:heap:GetPhysicallyInstalledSystemMemory stub: 0x33f1c8 fixme:ntdll:NtQuerySystemInformationEx Relationship filtering not implemented: 0x3 Adding overrides for ntdsapi (native, builtin) and ntprint (native, builtin) made no difference. Override for msvcp140 (native, builtin) was still required from previous breakage prior to this patch. The appdb page shows a long list of success cases. However, after the last game update, it is unplayable, two different errors occur: If you try playing a scenario, the game just crashes. If you try a normal single player game, it says "Waiting for players" indefinitely. I did not try multiplayer with this. I obviously tested this on a clean prefix. I also tried using wine 1.8.2, which was reported successful on the appdb page, and was able to reproduce the bug, so I do not believe this is a regression. The developers provide access to older versions of the game via the steam beta system. If I set mine to patch43 (or older), the game is playable again, which functions as a quick workaround, though it renders multiplayer unlikely. When looking at the output on the terminal, nothing caught my attention, but I have no idea what debug flags to use. Almost everything is fine, the game loads fine (except for the first time when it hanged at players name confirmation...). Menu, options etc. looks and works perfectly. Then I tried playing... On the play-map I can see the grass, trees, water is always perfectly displayed... and so on, but except for two buildings, stockpile and sawmill I see squares in blue or red colour, I haven't seen any units also, maybe the weren't any at this time, but most likely they're not displayed correct also. It looks to me that this could be fixed, as game doesn't crash, it only looks funny. What should I change to get it to work? I've seen this bug in other posts, but it never seemed to be the problem that was fixed.
