Mouse is still visible on the screen and you can click on the interface items without issue, but clicking on the map items such as selecting a unit or selecting a tile to move to is no longer possible. No local workaround found, though I have experienced where full control was restored after connecting via Steam remote play once the problem was triggered locally.
