I'm using nvidia drivers version 510.60.02 When I launch wine, I get the following error: 00f4:err:winediag:nodrv_CreateWindow Application tried to create a window, but no driver could be loaded. 00f4:err:winediag:nodrv_CreateWindow L"The explorer process failed to start." So the issue is that the string we receive is missing one byte. However that looks like a Windows bug in the character encoding conversion. Downloaded and installed the latest version of WinSCP 5.15.5 from https://winscp.net/eng/download.php The Chinese characters in the dialog box appear as boxes, but the characters in main window are ok.
