This also occurs in-game as well on the main screen. I checked if there's a wine application entry in pavucontrol but there seems to be none. Some people - according to this Reddit thread (https://www.reddit.com/r/gwent/comments/6dtfyl/installing_gwent_on_macos_wi…) - seem to have the same problem.
