The installer appears to finish successfully, but the application will not start. This is a continuation of Bug 54495 in which two previous issues were fixed (thanks!). However they also happen with binaries built on Debian 11 in this case it is just a coincidence. Note that before that ntdll:exception was exiting silently on Windows 8 & 10 <= 1809, see bug 55111.
