It says to "contact an administrator", but not how; I can't see any "Contact Us" links on the forum pages. phpBB only mentions that "Contact Us" for getting stuff to the administrators is a standard feature and always available IF IT IS ENABLED, which I guess it's not. Per Fastly's IPv6 documentation (https://docs.fastly.com/guides/basic-setup/ipv6-support.html) it's as easy as changing the CNAME on dl.winehq.org from k.global-ssl.fastly.net to dualstack.k.shared.global.fastly.net.
