Running 'wineconsole cmd' and then 'start inetcpl.cpl' from within cmd gives: Application could not be started, or no application associated with the specified file. ShellExecuteEx failed: File not found start C:/Windows/system32/inetcpl.cpl gives: Application could not be started, or no application associated with the specified file. ShellExecuteEx failed: Success Both cases bring up the Internet Options control panel applet on Windows XP. Go back to the Set Bindings menu and note how the controller image looks. Enable logging and check the log for details. These are the lines from the BigPEmu log > Error: Failed to create an OpenGL context.
