[Bug 21460] Construct 0.99.8 "File" menu does not work

How did you install it?  After I install it, when I try to run it, I get:
err:module:import_dll Library XAPOFX1_1.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\Program
Files\\Scirra\\Construct\\Construct.exe") not found

Please say how you installed it so someone can confirm.
