[Bug 32034] Install refused due to missing mfc42.dll. Winetricks 20120308 won't install mfc42.dll either.

The problem is documentation useful to new(er) Wine users. Just Google "mfc42"
and read thru years of frustration by the persisters. Those who gave up are
lost without a trace. This problem is not Bug 657 - although a useful response
to 657 might be a good close to both.
