With the fix for bug #57250 on latest wine git
(7ce580d1fa0bb3acf98edbc4171ddbcd83867db8), I could complete a full install
with:
   rhino_en-us_8.12.24282.07001.exe -package -quiet ENABLE_AUTOMATIC_UPDATES=0
SEND_STATISTICS=0

The reported exception is still present, so it was not an issue with my
previous workarounds.
