[Bug 21516] Diablo 2 hangs if becomes inactive

Drawing is restored by moving the window to another workspace. Looks like it is
not a complete hang, drawing just stops for some reason. I play diablo 2 in
DirectDraw mode, so the problem is probably there (both gdi and opengl modes
suffer from this).
