[Bug 28301] ddraw visual tests are flaky

Btw, the 3rd failure mode looks like an extended version of the first. The same
set of tests fail. The first failing tests are the same, and the additional
tests are immediately following tests. In both cases it looks like the intended
draws do not happen(the result color is black), or the readback fails.
