wine 64bits backtrace on setup.exe invocation

Just launching setup.exe from the content of
“OfficeProfessionalPlus_x86_fr-fr.img”.

It is certainly related to #34869, but crashing in kernel32.

With the 32 bits version, it is the same behavior.
