After having some headache with testing and consulting with other users, I
conclude that my winegstreamer.dll causes the issue.

SHA1 sum of the DLL: 23398539149cb60fecaa1a5f956b256d86528cbf

Swapping the DLL with other release seems to temporarily fix the issue. I don't
know why.

At least the crash frequency reduce from 'always' to 'sometimes'.
