Have you applied both patches (https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45550#c8
and https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45327#c49) and compiled? Are you
using lutris? 

I don't know much about compilation on ubuntu, so i can't tell you how to
compile there (it should be the same, but i use an arch PKGBUILD)
