[Bug 9751] Wine running half life 2 becomes unstable on certain lighting effects ( red flares, red alarm flashes), slows then crashes.

Sorry to ask a stupid question, but how? 

I have the latest version from the WineHQ APT Repository on winehq. What is the
git version and how would I go about getting it?

I'm running Feisty 64 bit so compiling as I understand it is really not easy.
