Removing that file compilation is fine, but at first line of that file I read:


; File generated automatically from ./dlls/msvcrt/msvcrt.spec; do not edit!


Then I redo a clean build (various git reset command, fetch and make clean),
result is a working wine-5.3 build, and that file wasn't recreated.

I can't guess why the file was created first time.
