[Bug 33632] Wine changes video mode to one with "panning" (probably on Nvidia cards only)

Bug is no longer present on 1024x768, but it apper at lower resolutions, like
800x600. Now in settelrs 3 i have yhe problem in main manu (800x600), while
ingame it's ok!
