 in the Wine 1.1.21 changelog there are 3 references to iphlpapi:

 iphlpapi: GetAdaptersAddresses required for some utility classes in system.net
namespace (.NET)

 Hans Leidekker (12):

 iphlpapi: Implement GetAdaptersAddresses.
 iphlpapi: Add tests for GetAdaptersAddresses.

 is this of some use ?
