Hello folks,

this was a dupe of bug 17273 from start (WiX based installer with BurnPipe).

Installs fine here in clean 32-bit WINEPREFIX.
NET 4.0 Framework is automatically installed with Wine-Mono not
present/removed.

You also need 'winetricks -q corefonts' to work around bug 32323 (FailFast).

$ sha1sum adksetup.exe 
ae0401975f273c7f76e6a690f141361a07cec4bf  adksetup.exe

$ du -sh adksetup.exe 
1.2M    adksetup.exe

$ wine --version
wine-1.7.53-156-gf8d78b0
