[Bug 31861] Steam needs unimplemented function ADVAPI32.dll.StopTraceA when wine is set to vista or win7

I doesn't run game, I just tried to start Steam after few weeks since last
start. I'm maintainer of bug Steam group. My page of bug is in comment 10. I
need post new?
