just saw some .net 2.0 mini howto's in other bug reports based on my
information/patches here...

If you use recent GIT (>= 19. Nov 2007), the PEB loader lock patch
(http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=9195) can be omitted.

The other patches are needed though.
