[Bug 10279] X server freeze with any app in wine

OK, my bad. So I've reinstalled my gfx driver, removed my .wine folder, and run
winedbg on a local .exe on my ext3 partition.
Yet, I still freeze and must hard reboot. This time I don't even get to the gdb
prompt. I freeze after loading wineX11.drv. 
Is there a way to debug the first steps ?
