[Bug 22096] Starcraft II - crashes on launch if '-showfps=1' is used

The trick seems to be enabling it with the keyboard shortcut in the menu,
starting a game (against AI works fine). Sometime between loading and starting
the game it should crash (just about every time here).

If I start the game, THEN enable FPS, it usually works.
