[Bug 15399] Colin Mcrae Rally 1.0 shows Graphical Glitches within menus and crashes before loading any track.

Just another detail: despite the "New Demo" Installer truncates the main
executable, there's a "Game.zip" archive consisting of just the exe itself.
I've replaced it and now even the newer demo reaches the in-game status,
including the epilepsy-indicing flickering and a constantly increasing audio
lag after a while.
