[Bug 51797] Input lag with controller in Wine 6.18

Hiya

I have done some testing with Wine-Devel 6.19 and all seems to be good, I have
tried the following, Dead Cells, Foregone, Shantae Half Genie Hero, Mighty
Switch Force Collection, Dragon Quest XI S and Blasphemous.

The button inputs seem to be instant again in a rage of games, so this in my
eyes is fixed, you may close this issue.
