LWA plugin after Hans' patch (Win version = 8, native mfplat.dll)

Patch was applied to wine-staging (sorry). It takes me ~2½ hours to build Wine
so I try to apply as many things as possible in one go.
Manually checked that all parts of the patch was applied (diffing file vs
file.orig).
