[Bug 52586] Approach (Smart Suite) crashes when trying to print to cups-pdf

After building with you patches I cannot get any wine application, including
wine notepad, to recognise cups-pdf is installed and running.

Clicking Print brings up a message saying there is no printer and inviting me
to set one up. Native Linux apps can see cups-pdf.
