[Bug 30107] IE8 buttons bar doesn't have background under several buttons

As far as I can see in Winetricks, comctl32 package is already installed. And
if I try to change it with comctl32.dll (simply overwriting dll in
Windows/System32 folder) got from Windows XP SP3 installation I get the same
background issue.
