https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=46737 Bug ID: 46737 Summary: Vb6 MSCOMCTL error Product: Wine Version: unspecified Hardware: x86 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown Assignee: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org Reporter: tim.lippstreu(a)gmail.com Distribution: --- Created attachment 63737 --> https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=63737 Screen shot of problem VB6 works fine unless objects from Windows Common Controls are required. If they are used in an existing application, it throws load errors. If I try to add a reference to them manually, it generates the error shown in the attachment. I am using wine 4.0 and the vb6 installation disks are MS authentic. I have tried configuring wine vb6 libraries for the mscomctl.ocx to native (won't run vb6 at all) and built in (works with exceptions above) -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
